Games ok, support sucks

Game is okay, gets more challenging as you go along.

However, support sucks. I dont think they really read the questions. The send a general boiler plate response that might be somewhat close to your question, but doesnt really answer your question. A follow up question is just ignored.

This has happened twice now, neither question was answered. I guess they figure users a just dummies.

Oh, and if you have to delete and reinstall the game, be prepared to lose all your carefully hoarded special abilities. Theyre lost but at least your progress isnt.
